Ouch. This case sucked! Talk about subtle clues – it’s hard to imagine anyone picking this up… except the plaintiff attorney, of course. The most important lesson in this case is a also a bit subtle; if you gather information, and it is abnormal, there should be a plan of action. Was the doctor even informed of this finding?
It’s sort of like picking your nose in public; if you get a positive result, you need to know what to do with it!
